SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a method for determining the amount of heat supplied, a device for determining the amount of heat supplied and a method for controlling the amount of heat supplied to the blast furnace. When determining the amount of heat supplied, a determination step is carried out, at which the change in the physical heat carried away by the gas passing in the furnace is determined, and change of physical heat introduced by initial materials preheated by gas passing in furnace, and determining the amount of heat supplied to the cast iron in the blast furnace, taking into account said certain changes in the carried away physical heat and the introduced physical heat. At that, the determination stage includes the calculation stage, at which the carried away physical heat is calculated by multiplying the temperature difference between the calculated temperature of the gas burnt in front of the blast furnace tuyere, and the base temperature, which is the temperature at the upper end of the lower part of the blast furnace, by the specific heat capacity of the gas passing in the blast furnace.
EFFECT: accurate determination of the amount of heat supplied to the cast iron in the blast furnace, even in the case when the standard capacity of the furnace varies considerably.
