SUBSTANCE: method of producing standard samples of a grain product for determining content of a genetically modified product, involving sampling natural grain and a genetically modified similar grain crop, mixing them in weight proportions 1:1; 3:1; 9:1; 99:1; 999:1 for production of standard samples with known concentrations of genetically modified grain culture, making from flour samples, kneading dough from flour for 16-20 minutes at temperature of 40-45 °C, dough evacuation at a residual pressure of not more than 10-40 kPa for at least 7 minutes, extrusion of standard sample granules from it through a matrix at temperature of 55-60 °C and drying at temperature of 85-95 °C for 30-40 minutes.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain standard samples of a grain culture containing given concentrations of a genetically modified similar product of a homogeneous and stable composition for a shelf life of at least 5 years.
