FIELD: electricity.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to methods for making piezoelectric elements, and can be used to create biocompatible piezoelectric structures with a given geometry based on diphenylalanine. Result is achieved due to creation of gradient of relative humidity in climatic chamber during crystallisation with change of local concentration of water molecules in specified spatial areas.
EFFECT: improved technological process of crystallisation of diphenylalanine by creating conditions under which crystallisation of amorphous diphenylalanine occurs locally only within regions of given geometry.
