SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, particularly to medical simulators for computed tomography angiography, and can be used to optimize angiographic scanning protocols, scientific research of haemodynamics of large vessels, as well as to practice surgical skills. Proposed system comprises: a circulating pump capable of creating a pulsating flow, the profile and parameters of which are determined by a microcontroller control signal using a frequency-to-voltage converter; test object simulating the biomechanical and X-ray properties of the arterial vessel in the arterial phase of the angiographic examination; hydraulic circuit having a system of sensors and a user interface for dynamic monitoring and control of flow parameters.

EFFECT: invention enables to generate a controlled pulsating flow with given characteristics in a test object simulating biomechanical and X-ray properties of a large arterial vessel in angiographic examination.
