SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to chronomedicine, endocrinology, dietology, therapy. Following actigraphy parameters are taken into account: circadian amplitude, blue light phase position, activity phase-to-wrist temperature ratio (bathyphase), ratio of activity phase to light phase, index of relative melanopic deficiency of daylight, index of excess of evening blue light. Based on the quantitative assessment, the patient can be given recommendations depending on the values that are outside the optimum.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to estimate circadian equilibrium according to actigraphy data.
