SUBSTANCE: method includes the following synthesis steps: obtaining 1,2-dimethyl-5-methoxy-3-ethoxycarbonylindole from 1,2-dimethyl-5hydroxy-3-ethoxycarbonylindole, then obtaining 6-bromo-1,2-dimethyl-5-methoxy-3-ethoxycarbonylindole from 1,2-dimethyl-5-methoxy-3-ethoxycarbonylindole, then obtaining 6-bromo-2-bromomethyl-1-methyl-5-methoxy-3-ethoxycarbonylindole from 6-bromo-1,2-dimethyl-5-methoxy-3-ethoxycarbonylindole, then obtaining 6-bromo-1-methyl-5-methoxy-2-(1-piperidinomethyl)-3-ethoxycarbonylindole from 6-bromo-2-bromomethyl-1-methyl-5-methoxy-3-ethoxycarbonylindole, then obtaining 6-bromo-1-methyl-5-methoxy-2-(1-piperidinomethyl)indole-3-carboxylic acid hydrochloride from 6-bromo-1-methyl-5-methoxy-2-(1-piperidinomethyl)-3-ethoxycarbonylindole, and obtaining 6-bromo-1-methyl-5-methoxy-2-(1-piperidinomethyl)-3-(2-diethylaminoethoxy)carbonylindole dihydrochloride (compound II).
EFFECT: disclosed is a method of producing 6-bromo-1-methyl-5-methoxy-2-(1-piperidinomethyl-3-(2-diethylaminoethoxy)carbonylindole dihydrochloride compound of general formula (II), having high antiviral anti-SARS-CoV-2.
