FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: disclosed is a method for producing an autoprobiotic based on basic strains of indigenous intestinal microflora of a host, comprising sampling native material from patient's faeces, inoculation on a selective nutrient medium for isolating microorganisms, identification, selection of typical colonies, obtaining a pure culture, from which a lactic acid starter is prepared, wherein base microflora is Lactobacillus pentosus, Lactobacillus johnsonii, Lactobacillus fermentum, which are subjected to preliminary cultivation in at least three generations for 4-5 days each in microaerophilic conditions on a nutrient medium containing additives – bioexpressors in amount of 50-500 ppm to the weight of the nutrient medium, wherein cultivation of the first generation is carried out at temperature of 36-37 °C, second generation – at temperature of 32-34 °C, third generation – at temperature of 28-32 °C, additive for control of antagonist activity of autoprobiotic used bioexpressors resveratrol, dihydroquercetin, coenzyme Q10 and selenovite, used separately, and selective nutrient medium used is medium for lactobacilli MRS-agar.
EFFECT: wider range of autoprobiotics based on natural microbiocenosis of host colon bacteria.
