FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to dentistry. Masticatory muscles are deprogrammed using an intraoral deprogrammer at night. After deprogramming, the therapeutic position of the lower jaw is determined with the help of articulation silicone. Cone-beam computed tomography is carried out with a silicone template in the mouth with control of the position of the lower jaw during the examination. First point Xi is determined on a tomogram of the head in a sagittal projection. Then the second point is determined, which corresponds to the middle of the segment connecting the cutting edges of the central incisors of the upper and lower jaws. Two points are connected by a line and an individual occlusal plane is formed.
EFFECT: method provides achieving physiological occlusion with maximum aesthetic profilometric parameters, reduces and eliminates recurrences of the conducted treatment due to individual construction of the occlusal plane.
