FIELD: microelectronics.
SUBSTANCE: memristive device for processing electronic information has a glass substrate coated with a layer of Au with thickness of 100 nm, monocrystals of UiO-66 as an active material obtained by solvothermal synthesis and placed on a glass substrate between two gold electrodes.
EFFECT: invention provides higher ratio of currents in open and closed states (I/I) with achievement of 4-6 orders.
