FIELD: biotechnology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology, in particular to a method for detecting antibodies to recombinant proteins VP1, VP2 and VP3 Echovirus 30. Said method involves an enzyme immunoassay for IgA-, IgM- and IgG-antibodies in the presence of recombinant antigens, which are surface proteins VP1, VP2 and VP3 Echovirus 30, wherein the presence of antibodies to each of the VP1, VP2 or VP3 proteins is determined by the increase in the optical density of the reaction relative to the control - bovine serum in dilution of 1:10.
EFFECT: present invention provides detection of specific antibodies to recombinant proteins VP1, VP2 and VP3 of enterovirus Echovirus 30 by enzyme immunoassay.
