FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgery, and can be used in laparoscopic sanitation of abdominal cavity in peritonitis. At the final stage of the surgical intervention, laparocentesis is performed with application of carboxyperitoneum. Optical port and a port for introduction of an injector nozzle are installed, a flask of a Medrad Mark V syringe-injector is filled with 1% Dioxydine solution. Nozzle is immersed into the abdominal cavity through the previously installed port. Spraying system is started at a flow rate of 10 ml/min, a pressure limit of 800 psi, and a spraying duration of 4 minutes. By moving the nozzle tip under control of the laparoscope in the abdominal cavity, the abdominal cavity is uniformly irrigated with exposure of 10 minutes. Then the nozzle is removed from the abdominal cavity together with the ports, and the aerosol remains are evacuated through the drainage tubes, the trocar wounds are closed.

EFFECT: method is easy to implement; provides high bioavailability and distribution of the drug directly in the "area of interest"; enables to use a small amount of the drug preparation with possibility of introduction into body at physiological temperature, which reduces adhesion formation and increases activity of preparations due to aerosol intracavitary introduction of medicinal preparation.
