SUBSTANCE: described is a method of enriching a library of DNA fragments with protein-coding sequences (exome) for subsequent sequencing by high-throughput second-generation sequencing (NGS), according to the invention, a normalized transcript in the form of a biotinylated DNA library is used to select protein-coding regions from genomic DNA.
EFFECT: invention extends the range of means for producing nucleic acid fragment libraries.
