FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to X-ray diagnostics, resuscitation science, pulmonology, toxicology, cardiology, gastroenterology, infectious diseases. Computed tomography of lungs is carried out with visualization of their parenchyma. Post-processing treatment is carried out using the program Thoracic VCAR. Quantitative (%) and qualitative evaluation of the interstitial component is followed by typing lactic acidosis.
EFFECT: method is non-invasive, qualitative, accurate, objective, fast and easy to implement, allows for timely correction and prevention of lactic acidosis to reduce risk of metabolic disorders, improving the prognosis for patients in the intensive care unit, reducing mortality by evaluating the interstitial lung component using the Thoracic VCAR program.
