SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical gynaecology, and can be used in rehabilitation of patients after organ-preserving surgeries on the uterus. In the spontaneous breathing mode, inhalations of heated to 70 °C mixture of helium 10% and oxygen 30%, total duration of inhalation 10 minutes 2 times day for 5 days.

EFFECT: method makes it possible to increase efficiency of rehabilitation of gynaecological patients after organ-preserving surgeries on uterus, allows to reduce the drug load and to ensure the acceleration of uterine healing with the formation of a qualitatively better cicatrix, contributes to the prevention of suture inconsistency on the uterus after organ-preserving operations, which will reduce the risk of rupture of the uterus along the scar to a minimum, as well as to avoid repeated surgical treatment for insolvent scars by improving tissue repair processes in the area of surgical intervention.
