SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to a device, a method for obtaining position information and a computer-readable storage medium for controlling a vehicle. Device is configured to control vehicle movement based on vehicle position information. Movement control device is connected to remote control device via network. Movement control device comprises: an absolute position calculating module, a reception determining module, a relative position calculating module, a communication module, a correction position calculating module. Absolute position calculation module receives GNSS information from the GNSS receiving device and calculates the absolute position of the vehicle. Reception determination module determines the possibility of receiving GNSS correction information from the external reference station. Relative position calculation module calculates the relative position of the vehicle using the GNSS correction information. Communication module transmits vehicle position information to remote control device. Correction position calculation module receives the vehicle acceleration and angular velocity information and calculates the corrected relative position.

EFFECT: higher safety of vehicle control.
