FIELD: biotechnology, medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves constructing of diploid yeast hybrids by mating of α- and a-haploids, which are transformed by plasmid pNMVG 39-54. Strain-producer DAN2/pNMVG 39-54 shows productivity of HBsAg at level 1 mg/l cell culture. Method of preparing of strain DAN2/pNMVG 39-54 involves mating of haploids, which are far by origin (strain DBU 746 -US and IR-haploid series showing heterosis characters) following by transformation of latters with plasmid pNMVG 39-54. EFFECT: enhanced productivity of strain, increased stability of system "cell-plasmid".
