FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: the components are heated and kept in an inert gas at a temperature by 230-280 C lower than the γ′-phase complete dissolution temperature at a pressure of 1800-2200 atm for 15-20 hr and then cooled. The process makes it possible to improve the reliability of the treated disks during further service period and to prolong their service life by 2-2.5 times and also reduce their treatment time by 2 times. EFFECT: improved reliability, heat resistance and low-cycle fatigue limit with the plasticity level remaining constant as wall as increased yield of the final product and reduced technological cycle. 3 tbl
