SUBSTANCE: composition containing monoglycerids, acetylated monoglycerids, preserving agent on the basis of sorbic acid and water has additionally a mixture of palmitic and stearic acid potassium and sodium salts. Monoglycerids and acetylated monoglycerids are taken in distilled form at the following ratio of components, wt.-%: mixture of palmitic and stearic acid potassium and sodium salts 0.016-2.400; monoglycerids in distilled form 0.032-4.800; acetylated monoglycerids in distilled form 0.050-7.500; preserving agent on the basis of sorbic acid 0.002-0.300, and water - the rest.
