FIELD: electronic instruments. SUBSTANCE: method involves sharpening needles of separate emitters and their step by step generation using temperature processing and thermal smoothening. In order to achieve goal of invention current of self-emission is taken off, voltage levels U1 and U2 which correspond to two required current levels l1 and l2 are measured. After each step of generation, corresponding voltage levels and l1 which provide required levels of current of self-emission l2 and Ф are measured. , relative number of emitters which operate simultaneously, is calculated using equation . Generation is finished when parameter Ф equals to level of this parameter for previous generation step. EFFECT: increased functional capabilities.
