SUBSTANCE: composition contains the following ingredients per 1000 dal of prepared product: vanilin infusion of I-II dischargings, 16.0-18.0; cinnamon infusion of I-II dischargings, 15.5-16.6 l; clove infusion of I-II dischargings, 9.0-13.0 l; coffee-with-milk flavor, 1.5-4.0 kg; citric acid, 18.0-21.0 kg; milk sugar, 1.0-3.0 kg; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 1300-1330.0 l; color, 33.0-43.0; and aqueous-alcoholic liquid for preparation beverage of 20.0% vol. Application of black-coffee-with-milk flavor and introduction of milk sugar allow to soften bitter coffee flavor. EFFECT: higher stability of beverage at long storage life. 1 tbl
