METHOD OF VODKA PREPARING Russian patent published in 1995 - IPC

FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: preliminary water is prepared depending on the its hardness. Water is mixed with ethanol-rectificate obtaining mixture with strength 40%, and stirred for 20-30 min. Preliminary 0.1-0.3 kg sodium citrate dissolved in corrected water is mixed with 32-33 l 65.8% sugar syrup. Mixture is divided for two equal parts. One part is added to the mixture with 40% ethanol after 10 min of stirring, and other one is added 10 min before end of stirring. Thoroughly stirred mixture with 40% ethanol is treated with charcoal, filtered through quartz sand - preliminary and finally. Then vanillin dissolved in alcohol at the ratio 1: 100 (0.15-0.25 l) is added to vodka, mixture is stirred thoroughly and poured. EFFECT: improved method of vodka preparing.
