FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: solution is prepared from ethyl rectified alcohol and water. Before introduction, salt is dissolved in water with temperature 20-25 C and filtered in hot state through activated carbon. Salt in the form of filtrate is introduced in solution at the beginning of preparing solution of 40% vol. at the rate of 1.55-1.65 kg of salt per 1000 dal of ready product. Solution is mixed and aged for 20-30 min, then strength is corrected, and ready product is filtered before bottling. EFFECT: improved taste.
