FIELD: mechanical engineering; internal combustion engines in which operating piston, fuel injection device and combustion chamber scavenging device are arranged in one cylinder. SUBSTANCE: engine has housing 1 in which cylindrical space 2 is made which is closed by cover 3 at one side. Piston 4 is fitted in space 2 for movement along axis of space 2. Piston 4 divides space 2 into pre-piston and behind- piston portions. Combustion chamber 5 made in pre-piston portion of space 2 is connected with sources of fuel and oxidizer. Exhaust port 6 is made in wall of hosing 1 which limits combustion chamber 5. Piston 4 is mechanically coupled with output link. Plunger 7 is fitted in cover 3. Cylindrical chamber 8 open towards plunger is made in piston 4. Chamber 8 is connected by channel 9 made in plunger 7. Chamber 8 is connected also by channel 11 with combustion chamber 5.
