FIELD: purification of sewage. SUBSTANCE: method involves evaporation of sewage, thus prepared vapor is heated to 250-400 C in the layer of penetrable inert material. Then mixing with oxygen or with air, passing thus obtained mixture through layer of catalyst and cooling of purified vapor take places. The latter process is followed by condensation of purified water which is carried out by in turn passing of vapor through layers of inert material and catalyst in direct and reverse direction. Ratio of volume of said catalyst and inert material is 1:(1-3) respectively. Purified vapor is cooled in the layer of inert material to temperature not less 120 C and is compressed to pressure 0.1-2 atm, the process is carried out with the help of condensation heat. EFFECT: improved efficiency of the method. 2 cl, 3 dwg
