FIELD: chemical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has heated through chamber for basic reactive gas, fiber pulling device, accumulating unit and drive. Fiber pulling device has collecting-transfer unit mounted below accumulating unit. Fibrous material feeding unit has pair of feeding rollers with annular channels on their surface. Rollers are fixed on rotary shafts and offset one with respect to the other in horizontal plane. Accumulating unit has immovable faceplate, at least one base mounted for rotational-progressive planar-parallel motion and system of winding spools, each provided with filament spreader. EFFECT: increased efficiency, simplified construction and improved quality of material. 3 cl, 8 dwg
