SUBSTANCE: invention proposes new derivatives of pyrimidine of the general formula (I) and (II) and their salts where R¹ means hydroxyl or amino-group that can be substituted with acyl-group; R² means hydrogen atom or alkyl-group containing 1-4 carbon atoms; R³ means hydrogen atom or hydroxyl group; each of R⁴ and R⁵ means hydrogen atom, or they together can form the group R⁶R⁷-Si-O-Si-R^6′R^7′ where R⁶,R⁷,R^6′ and R^7′ can be similar or to be distinct each of other and each means C₁-C₄-alkyl. The claimed compounds show high antitumor activity and can be used as intermediate compounds for synthesis of the benefit antitumor agents.
