SUBSTANCE: invention proposes new derivatives of pyrimidine of the general formula (I) and (II) and their salts where R1 means hydroxyl or amino-group that can be substituted with acyl-group; R2 means hydrogen atom or alkyl-group containing 1-4 carbon atoms; R3 means hydrogen atom or hydroxyl group; each of R4 and R5 means hydrogen atom, or they together can form the group R6R7-Si-O-Si-R6′R7′ where R6,R7,R6′ and R7′ can be similar or to be distinct each of other and each means C1-C4-alkyl. The claimed compounds show high antitumor activity and can be used as intermediate compounds for synthesis of the benefit antitumor agents.
