SUBSTANCE: device brake main line pressure transmitter, speed transmitter, acceleration measuring unit, pressure drop stage calculating unit, indication unit, tail car brake cylinder pressure transmitter, brake valve position transmitter, insufficient braking efficiency car revealing unit, car braking time calculation unit one input of which is coupled with brake valve position transmitter and the other, over radio channel, with tail car brake cylinder pressure transmitter. Output of car braking time calculation unit is connected with one of inputs of insufficient braking efficiency car revealing unit whose other input is coupled with output of brake main line pressure drop stage calculating unit connected by input with output of pressure transmitter. Third input of insufficient braking efficiency car revealing unit is coupled with output of acceleration measuring unit connected by its input with output of acceleration transmitter.
