Output of car braking time calculation unit is connected with one of inputs of insufficient braking efficiency car revealing unit whose other input is coupled with output of brake main line pressure drop stage calculating unit connected by input with output of pressure transmitter. Third input of insufficient braking efficiency car revealing unit is coupled with output of acceleration measuring unit connected by its input with output of acceleration transmitter.
