FIELD: ecology, in particular, telemetry of air conditions. SUBSTANCE: method involves conversion of image spectral brightness I(x,y) to digital matrices of green and red spectral ranges, logic sorting of pixels in both matrices and generation of resulted red image matrix of same size. Then method involves calculation of numerical characteristics of result matrix signal, expectation value, variance, envelope of three-dimensional spectrum. This results in possibility to calculate bar chart of air pollution index distribution and its self- correlation function with binding relative distribution function to absolute values with respect to check points which are present in source image. EFFECT: increased speed, increased reliability and statistic fidelity of values. 4 dwg
