Adjacent cellular structure members are mechanically connected to each other by support members getting inside cellular structure members. First cellular structure member is installed in outer tube-like housing with clearance, and it has at least two envelopes forming surface of housing of first member are connected, respectively, with current leads. Device has electrically insulated connecting members, each being connected by one end with corresponding envelope and by other, with adjacent cellular structure member.
