FIELD: apparatuses for welding, soldering and cutting by means of light and laser beams. SUBSTANCE: apparatus includes laser irradiation source with focusing optical system. Source for preliminarily heating surface of worked material includes reflector arranged in housing and having opening in its end for passing laser beam. Axis of opening crosses optical axis of reflector in its working focus. Electrodes are mounted in irradiation focus of reflector. Light guide connects laser irradiation source with focusing optical system. Branch pipe placed in housing over reflector and having quartz illuminator and mirror secured to housing are mounted with possibility of guiding laser beam to said opening.
