FIELD: liqueur and vodka industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparing an aqueous-spirituous solution to obtain vodka with proof value 40%. The prepared an aqueous-spirituous solution is stirred thoroughly, passed through carbon-cleansing battery at the rate of filtration up to 40 and 30 dal/h for fresh and regenerated carbon, respectively, and vodka is fed into finishing tank. Tartaric acid and glucose are dissolved in purified water and filtered. Sugar as 65.8%-th sugar syrup is divided for two equal parts. One part is mixed with glucose filtrate and added to an aqueous-spirituous solution before its treatment with activated carbon and another part is mixed with tartaric acid filtrate and added into finishing tank at stirring. Content of finishing tank is stirred, proof value corrected if necessary and fed to bottling with obligatory control filtration. Ready vodka "Triumfalnaya" has the following components, per 1000 dal: tartaric acid, 0.09-0.15 kg; glucose, 4.5-5.5 kg; 65.8%-th sugar syrup, 13-14 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Luks" and purified drinking water, the balance, to obtain proof value of vodka 40%. Synergetic effect of components used and procedures of method provide to obtain stable vodka with high qualitative indices. EFFECT: improved method of production, enhanced quality and properties, broadened assortment of vodkas. 3 ex
