FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has optical lens part manufactured from flexible material. Supporting members are manufactured from rigid material as two pairs of diametrically opposite symmetric closed external loops. An internal loop is manufactured inside of every external one repeating its shape. Loops in every pair are symmetrically arranged relative to the main axis and belong to the lens plane. All supporting member loop ends are joined to each other and to the optical part end. Method for implanting the artificial eye lenses involves making posterior capsulorhexis. Then, artificial lens plied with forceps is introduced through flat part of ciliary body via an orifice in posterior capsule into capsule bursa and into anterior capsulorhexis orifice.
