SILANZETRON PHARMACEUTICAL MEDICINAL FORMS STABILIZED IN REGARD TO RACEMIZATION Russian patent published in 2003 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, pharmacy. SUBSTANCE: invention describes solid and liquid pharmaceutical medicinal forms comprising silanzetron or its additive acid salts as active component that contain physiologically tolerant water-soluble acid addition taken in the amount to provide stabilization of silanzetron in regard to racemization reaction. Addition is taken among mono- or polybasic organic acids with 2-12 carbon atoms and with the first value pK_k between 1.1 and 4.8, acid salts of polybasic the above mentioned organic acids and among acid salts of polybasic mineral acids with the first value pK_k between 1.5 and 7.5. Then invention describes the application of acid additions for stabilization of silanzetron in regard to racemization in pharmaceutical medicinal forms and method of preparing solid pharmaceutical medicinal forms.
