SUBSTANCE: vodka comprises the following components: fresh pears an aqueous-alcoholic infusion filtrate of the 1-st blend prepared from 0.08-0.5 kg of pears in the their ratio to 45% an aqueous-alcoholic liquid = 1:1.2; light natural honey; fresh green apples an aqueous-alcoholic infusion filtrate of the 1-st blend prepared from 0.4-1.0 kg of apples in the ratio to 45% an aqueous-alcoholic liquid = 1:1.2; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water taken in the following ratio of components per 1000 dal of ready product: natural honey, 3.0-7.0 kg; fresh green apples an aqueous-alcoholic infusion filtrate of the 1-st blend prepared from 0.4-1.0 kg of apples in the ratio to 45% an aqueous-alcoholic liquid = 1:1.2, 0.5-1.2 l; fresh pears an aqueous-alcoholic infusion filtrate prepared from 0.08-0.5 kg of pears in the ratio to 45% an aqueous-alcoholic liquid = 1:1.2, 0.1-0.7 l; rectified ethyl alcohol "Ekstra" and purified drinking water, the balance, to provide the strength 40%. Proposed invention provides preparing vodka with higher organoleptic and prophylactic indices and expanding assortment of vodkas.
