FIELD: electrical and radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention specifically refers to production and operation of integrated circuits and can be used to divide batch into three groups displaying various reliability with isolation of lot with high level of authenticity in process of production and incoming control at factories manufacturing radio electronic equipment. According to invention lot of integrated circuits demonstrating enhanced reliability is isolated. This lot is subjected to preliminary division by method of critical supply voltage and is exposed to action of electrostatic discharge. On termination of action of electrostatic discharge additional lot of integrated circuits of enhanced reliability is isolated by method of critical supply voltage. Thereafter flaws are subjected to firing in the course of 24-48 h. EFFECT: raised authenticity of isolation of lot of integrated circuits showing enhanced functional reliability. 1 dwg
