SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for preparing variant of enzyme by construction of modifications in amino acid sequence in the definite region of lipolytic enzyme. Invention involves also variants of lipolytic enzyme with the modified amino acid sequence and modified specificity of enzyme to substrate. Invention provides enhancing level of desirable activity of enzyme or to reduce level of undesirable activity of lipolytic enzyme.
EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable biochemical properties of enzyme.
