FIELD: valving.

SUBSTANCE: wedge-shaped flap has housing. The housing receives seats and cut-off member and has guides for cut-off member made of projections with the shaped cross-section. The cut-off member is provided with ring grooves for the surfacing of wear resistant layer and longitudinal grooves for interaction with the guiding projections. The cut-off member is connected with the drive. The longitudinal grooves of the cut-off member are shaped and their sides are curved. The ring grooves for the surfacing of the wear resistant layer are made by working with respect to the longitudinal shaped grooves. The thickness of the wall between the bottom of the ring grooves and sides of the longitudinal shaped grooves increases with depth of longitudinal grooves.
