SUBSTANCE: one should microscopically study skin bioptates, moreover, in case of light-degree acanthosis one observes the development of cords inside the derma up to the half of vision field at total magnifying 100, at moderate-degree acanthosis - cords' lengthening above the half of vision field, and at pronounced-degree acanthosis - cords' lengthening lies beyond microscopic vision field.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of evaluation.
