SUBSTANCE: claimed chewing gum contains water insoluble base and water soluble part containing flavoring and lecithin. Base contains lecithin and doesn't contain filler. According to one embodiment chewing gum contains 3-15 mass.% of lecithin. According another embodiment chewing gum contains at least 5 mass.% of lecithin. Claimed base doesn't contain filler and contains elastomer and lecithin. Product formed after application of chewing gum has decreased adhesiveness. Method for chewing gum production includes providing composition, containing water insoluble filler-free part comprising lecithin, and water-soluble part also comprising lecithin.
EFFECT: chewing gum of decreased adhesiveness and matrix dense.
