FIELD: chemical industry; methods and the devices for production of the twisted porous product by extrusion.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to production of the spiral porous product by an extrusion. The method of production provides, that the twisted porous product is coming out of the hole of the extrusive nozzle in the state of the ductile melt and then is cooled up to the phase of transition into the vitreous state. To the extruded product apply the resisting strength behind the point of its transition into the vitreous state till such a product is in the external chamber. The cross-sectional dimensions of the chamber meet the cross-sectional dimensions of the coil of the porous product. The device for realization of the method includes the extrusive nozzle, the connected to it external chamber and the tool for applying the resisting strength to the flow of the product, which is coming out of the nozzle. Application of the resisting strength to the flow of the product behind the point of its transition into the vitreous state forces the product to be twisted inside the external chamber. The invention also presents the versions of the method for production of the porous product of the spiral form and the porous sinusoidal product. The invention ensures production of the product of the indicated form with the high speed.
