PLANT FOR LASER ELECTROCHEMICAL TREATMENT Russian patent published in 2006 - IPC C25D19/00

Abstract RU 2289640 C1

FIELD: laser electrochemistry, namely apparatuses for depositing electrically conducting material onto substrate, apparatuses for producing patterns by electrochemical etching, possibly for producing printed circuit boards.

SUBSTANCE: plant includes working laser 1; focusing system 4; electrochemical cell 5 having anode and cathode; power source 15 connected with anode and cathode; three-coordinate table 13; computer 14 electrically connected with power source 15 and with three-coordinate table 13; system for circulation of electrolyte 12 communicated through main pipeline with electrochemical cell 5. Plant also includes illuminator 6, digital video camera 7, additional laser 2. Power source 15 is in the form of programmed voltage stabilizer. Additional laser 2 is mounted along the same axis as working laser 17 Digital video camera 5, programmed voltage stabilizer and working laser 1 are electrically connected with computer 14.

EFFECT: possibility for automatic control and regulation of laser treatment process.
