FIELD: the detect arrangement may be used for registration without a film of radiation images at radiographic inspection, medical radiography and medical tomography in which standard roentgenography apparatus are used.
SUBSTANCE: in the arrangement there are solid microstrip ionization chambers with resistance characteristics fulfilled on the basis of semi-insulating semi-conductive material out of gallium arsenide which are used in quality of detectors. For time registration the arrangement has an analogue microchip built up in accordance with conveyer cycle of work in which the time of registration of an image is equal to the time of information withdrawal out of the microchip.
EFFECT: increases resolution capability, effectiveness of radiation registration, radiation steadfastness and reliability.
