FIELD: preparation of various fluid media; food-processing industry and other industries using fluid media as working media.
SUBSTANCE: proposed method consists in selection of initial flows containing pilot ingredient and jet-type mixing at required proportion. Prior to mixing, required measure of mixture is selected. In the course of mixing, jets of flow slide relative to one another. Then, mass concentration of pilot ingredient in mixture is recorded and velocity of sliding of jets is regulated.
EFFECT: improved quality and smoothness of composition of mixture.
