FIELD: mechanical engineering; soldering.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for soldering tool alloy with constructional steel, particularly, in friction pairs. Cast wear-resistant tool alloy for instance, that based on high-speed tool steel wastes, is arranged at assembling over construction steel with solder foil fitted in soldering gap. Copper foil, thickness 100-150 mcm is used as solder. Heating is carried out in vacuum at residual pressure not lower than 5·10-5 mm Hg to temperature of formation of low-melting eutectic between tool alloy and solder and holding at soldering temperature is provided for 5 - 10 min.
EFFECT: provision of soldered joint of high stability with shear strength of 210 - 215 MPa.
