SUBSTANCE: device can be used for treatment of patients suffering from degenerative-dystrophic damages of intervertebral disks. Device for performing micro-surgical operation onto intervertebral disks has two branches. Branches are connected for mutual translation and they have ring-shaped heads. Heads provide ability of rotary motion of mirror of one branch in space of mirror of other branch. Mirror of external branch is made in form of half-tube. Side cut for observation and for performing of surgical actions is made at working end of tube.
EFFECT: reduced chance of post-operational complications; reduced traumatization of tissues.
