FIELD: medicine; traumatology.
SUBSTANCE: prosthesis contains, at least, one core (2) located between the top plate (3) and the bottom plate (4). The prosthesis in addition contains, at least, an external cover (6). Plates (3, 4) accordingly contain an inside (31, 41) promoting movement of the core (2) in prosthesis. The core (2) is captured from sides by a soft internal cover (5). The internal cover (5) has primary directions of the flexibility, preferably two directions focused perpendicularly.
EFFECT: invention provides a simultaneous direction and amortisation of posteroanterior movements of a flexion and an extension both the left and right inclination of underlaying and overlying vertebra.
