SUBSTANCE: invention relates to radio engineering and communication and can be used as an analog signal amplifier, in analog microcircuit structures of various purpose (e.g. in differential amplifiers (DA) and operational amplifiers (OA), voltage regulators, etc.). Differential amplifier active load incorporates the first current output (1) and the second current output (2) of respective first current divider (3) and second current divider (4), which are provided with primary current outputs (5) and (6) and secondary current outputs (7) and (8), output buffer amplifier (9), output current mirror (10), input (11) of which is connected to primary current output (5) of the first current divider (3), and output (12) is connected to primary current output (6) of the second (4) current divider and to input (13) of output buffer amplifier (9) provided with voltage output (14). Output buffer amplifier (9) is based on input transistor (15), base of which is input (13) of buffer amplifier (9), emitter of input transistor (15) is connected to current output (16) of supplementary current amplifier (17) and to voltage output (14) of buffer amplifier (9), and current input (18) of supplementary current amplifier (17) is connected to secondary output (7) of the first current divider (3).
EFFECT: improved accuracy of current transfer.
