FIELD: physics, measurement.
SUBSTANCE: invention is related to detecting devices used for registration and measurement of ammonia and other gases trace contaminants content. In gas analyser semiconducting base is made of polycrystals film of cadmium sulfide alloyed with indium antimonide, and substrate used is electrode platform of piezoelectric quartz resonator.
EFFECT: simplification of detector manufacture technology at simultaneous increase of gas content detection sensitivity several times compared to available detectors.
