FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy field. Particularly it relates to the method of noncorrosive steel manufacturing from the group of ferrite steel AISI 4xx on the basis of liquid cast iron and solid materials with ferrochromium. Method includes feeding into converter liquid cast iron without slag, its heating till the level preliminary 1150°C, slag flushing and following finishing of metal while insufflations of oxygen of corresponding intensity for preventing of metal discharge from the converter, melt decarbonisation with high-performance oxygen insufflations from the top. Then it is implemented deoxidisation, final correction and finishing of treated steel melt in ladle.
EFFECT: providing of efficient production by means of process control and minimisation of deoxidiser consumption.
