SUBSTANCE: unit for registration of radiations is arranged in the form of scintillating plate. There are light-reradiative fibers fixed on plate in different planes by rows. Fibres are located perpendicular to each other. Photodiodes of light-reradiative fibres are located in plate ends and are connected to registration circuit with outlet register.

EFFECT: expansion of functional resources.
